Specifications
Films in English (or sub-titled in English) to be submitted only on  DVD - the films should be no longer than 5 minutes and no shorter than 30 seconds.

F.A.Q.

What type of works can be submitted?
A short film - not more than 5 minutes and not less than 30 seconds.  Filmmakers may choose any style - drama, fiction, documentary or docu-drama - and employ any technique including animation to explore their story. Films can be shot on any format, but can only be submitted on DVD. No other format will be accepted. All films need to be in English or subtitled in English.

Who can submit works?
Filmmakers, students, healthcare professionals  - absolutely anyone.

How are works chosen for screening?
Only selected movies shortlisted by the jury will be screened at the Frame of Mind Film Festival between Oct 1 - 3, 2010.

Are there fees for submission?
There is no entry fee.
